2022 PAGA Conference San Francisco

In California, the Private Attorneys General Act PAGA has become the “it” claim in wage and hour litigation. This program will explore the ever changing PAGA landscape, offering practitioner insight into how best to prepare for the anticipated uptick of representative action litigation. While PAGA faces promises to be altered by the upcoming Viking River Cruises, Inc. v. Moriana  case before SCOTUS, there are many open questions and active cases. This program will cover a wide range of issues which will apply regardless of the SCOTUS decision.

This program will be held live with health and safety considerations in accordance with current San Francisco recommended safety measures.
