FAQs

How do I reset my password?
Go to the Forgot password link, enter the email you used at checkout, and follow the email instructions. Check spam or promotions if you don’t see the email.
Where do I find my courses?
Sign in at My Account, then open Courses or Orders. Your active subscription gives you access to any courses included in your plan.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to My Account → Payment methods. Add a new card and set it as default.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to My Account → Subscriptions and choose Cancel. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
The course video will not play. What should I do?
Refresh the page, try another browser, disable ad blockers, and check your network. If the issue persists, contact support with a screenshot, your browser version, and the course URL.
